PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal. We accept payments by major credit and debit cards. All payments at PimpMyJeans.com are processed via PayPal, the secure way to make payments online. PayPal is free for consumers. And you don’t need a PayPal account to pay using your credit or debit card. If you have a PayPal account, log in when you are asked to establish your payment method, and it will work as well.

We are also accepting Money Orders and Personal Checks as methods of payment. In this case, your order won´t be completed electronically. So once you are ready for the checkout, choose your shipping method, give us your shipping address and in the Comments area of the Payment section specify whether you are paying by a Money Order or a Personal Check. Please, print that page and attach it to your Money Order or Personal Check when you send it to us.

PimpMyJeans.com is owned and operated by S.I.Lux. Make Checks and Money Orders payable to: S.I.Lux and send them to: PimpMyJeans, 887 King Arthur Drive, Fayetteville NC 28314, USA.

For Money Orders, we will start on your order as soon as we receive the Money Order. For Personal Checks, we have to wait untill the check clears the bank, between 2 and 5 bussines days.

DESIGN AND PRODUCTION PROCESS

At PimpMyJeans.com we are aware that you wish to have your unique jeans and accessories as soon as possible. Our entire team is working to make it happen.

If you choose the option to Buy Our Jeans for customizing or embellishment, once your order is received and payment confirmed, it will take us 5 business days to finish your unique pair of jeans.

If you choose to Send Us Your Own Jeans for customizing and embellishment, it will take us 5 business days to finish your order since the date your jeans arrive in our store.

Your orders on other items from PimpMyJeans will be ready for shipping within 1-7 business days, depending on our stock.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

You will see the shipping options and costs at your checkout. The default option is Ground, but you can change it. Please, choose the option you prefer and click Apply to view the shipping cost in your bill.

Shipping costs per order inside the U.S are $14, $18 or $25, depending on the method chosen.

Orders over $250 always ship for free in the U.S. (Ground Delivery, 5-7 days)

All orders from outside the U.S. are delivered by regular air mail, and the cost is $50 for 1-2 item parcel.

You will receive your PIMPED-OUT JEANS within approximately 2-10 business days in the U.S, depending on the shipping method chosen. Foreign orders are delivered within 10-15 business days, depending on the country of destination.

RETURNS

We cannot accept returns on custom and one-of-a-kind items. All others have a 30-day policy, as long as they are unworn and with all tags attached and a receipt.
